Want to upload the files from the SD20 card so we can review how it's going?

Although, at these lower pressures, there's some areas that look fine:

Starting to keep it on for a little longer each night?

In order to analyze "Detailed Data", one needs "Detailed Data".

Since at this point, you are barely using your therapy:

(and one cannot assume that you're even asleep during those periods), it is not possible to suggest a Dial Wingin' Strategy (not that I would, anyway)(OK, maybe Max Itime is a little short).

At this point, I would suggest that you post the stumbling blocks that are preventing you from complying with therapy so perhaps others who have experienced similar issues and have overcome them can offer tips and encouragement.

Good Luck!

OK, then get undepressed, stop eating and everything will be fine.

To offer a longer term plan and increase understanding, do this:
  • Find yourself a good woman like that smokin' hot Erica and get married.
  • Have a son.
  • When he gets to be about 5, watch him, reflect and let the thoughts come.
  • Shortly, you will know, absolutely know, that you would jump in front of a speeding semi without a second thought if it meant saving his life at the expense of yours.
  • That's what dads do.
  • It's then the son's job to honor the dad's memory by living their life in a manner that would have made him proud.
  • Then he, in turn, needs to find himself his own Erica.
  • Repeat.

Yeah, Erica P., same one.

Anyway, while I can tell you everything about your nighttime breathing to the tenth of a second, how the algorithm of your xPAP machine works (or, in your case, doesn't), and even how to take a Volkswagen completely apart and put it back together again, I cannot wear your mask or lose weight for you.

Good luck, I really mean that.
