Ain't it great? I get 3 or 4 zero-days a month. Life is good!

That's good news. Keep up the good work Big victories like that keep us all going.
I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Congratulations. I get those from time to time myself, and it feels great. I don't think I ever slept 10.3 hours in my life, though, except maybe under general anesthesia.

Wow, congrats to you! What type of apnea do you have? How do you feel today after that much sleep?

Congratulations! I get a 0.0 once in a while and even though my doctor says he wouldn't give a dime for the difference between a 0.0 and a 4.9, I still find it very exciting.
As far as the 10.3 hours, wow, I'm jealous. I'm doing good to move the needle past 6.0!

Hmmm...general anesthesia, now there's an idea, I need to get some of that *smile*.

Fortuanately I will never have a 0.0 so dont have to obsese waiting for one. The occasional night at under five is good for me. As under five is considered normal that is enough. As long as I keep away from those nights above 100 is the important thing. In past 30 days on ASV wost night of 28.8 and average of 13 is stunning to me. But to those who can hit that magical 0.0, congrats.

Impressive! I quite frequently get an AI of zero but my HI is always 2 or more no matter what I do so my AHI averages around 3.5. How do you stamp out those hypopneas?

Dive Apnea,
Congratulations on your 0.0 AHI!! May your PAP treatment continue to go well and produce good sleep and great health .

Though I know that Doctors say that a 5 AHI or under is considered as well treated for SA/OSA, there is an immense difference from even a 1.5 AHI to a 2.5 AHI for me! I know everyone is different and some can never get down even close to a 5 AHI (and my heart honestly goes out to them), but for your Doctor to make that statement makes me wonder if he has ever suffered from SA/OSA, as a AHI of 4 with each event lasting 40 - 60 seconds through the night could still produce desats that could make you feel like crap after even one or two nights.
One time a cop pulled me over for running a stop sign. He said, "Didn't you see the stop sign?" I said, "Yeah, but I don't believe everything I read." -- Steven Wright

Sleeping Soundly, I hear you! An AHI of 0 in my titration study left me feeling fantastic. I have never quite got back there, but I live in hope. With my modification to my chinstrap, and using the TapPap mask (I know, I need to post a pic of my "fix" but I need to get needle and thread out to replace the safety pins!), I am very close (0.78 over the last week). Maybe a little less stress in my life and the AHI will get to 0?!!! My doc says I am doing extremely well, and to keep doing whatever it is that I am doing! OK, I did slip an extra 0.5 cm of pressure after I saw him! Sometimes a man has to do what a man has to do!
