Just wanted to share this, I've been using these little Sani-Com wipes for 5 years on various nose masks and nasal pillows for 5 years and they work great. No breakdown of material whatsoever plus thorough sanitation. I discovered (stole) them at work where they're supplied for our emergency oxygen masks, but shortly started funding my own supply.
I have no stock or other interest in this company but I probably should.
EDIT: I was just alerted to a far cheaper wipe with the same active ingredient. Here they are.

You can probably find similar products at Wally Whirled or Longs. Just look for Benzalkonium Chloride. You can also purchase bottles of the "pure" stuff to put on a gauze pad-and have control over other ingredients/fragrances-but lose the convenience of the premoistened towelettes.

I hear you there, but once you've lost the convenience of premoistened towelettes at your bedside you might as well hit the soap and water in the sink. I aim to do that weekly however towelettes are great for in between regular washings and while traveling.krousseau wrote:You can probably find similar products at Wally Whirled or Longs. Benzalkonium towelettes would be a nice find at the drugstore.

Premoistening a bunch of cotton balls or whatever and keeping them in a jar would work for me but traveling with those little packaged towelettes in nice.

Buy 'em Online
There are places online where you can get Benzalkonium Chloride towelettes. A web search will bring them up. The good deal seems to be about $28 for 1000, plus about $9 shipping. You can buy smaller quantities, but with the shipping, it isn't worth it.
