S9 autoset struggles with new machine please help

Hj Guys

Hoping soeone can help.I recently fininshed a 1 month trail with an s9 autoset.All went pretty well..managed around 6 hrs min every night ahi was right down and felt so much better.After the trail i purchased my own same machine but now struggling so much.Getting the first hour and then massive pressure leak up to around 15 so ending up taking mask and machine off but then obviously feel like crap the next morning!!!!......I a using same mask-resmed full face?could it be mask or could be machine prob?m..macine is set on auto in 5 and max 15????Any any help pleasssssseeee !!!
Diagnosed 4 wks ago AHI 70
Trial machine S9 autoset down to AHI 5
Mask-trial nano swift and quatro fullface!

What were the settings on the other machine?

hi thats it i'm not sure..i know my highest was up at 18 sometimes

You are using an S9 now also? Did you use software before like Sleepyhead maybe? If so you should be able to find your settings there.

Do you know how to access the clinical setup menu? If not, there is a link to a video on it in my signature block below.

Sounds like 5 is too low. I would recommend bringing your minimum pressure up by 1 every couple of nights and watch to see (a) your AHI and (b) how you feel. If AHI is not under 2, and/or you still feel like crap, keep raising the minimum pressure every couple of nights until you get the results.

My pressures were all over the board on the same machine when i started out 4-20. However, doing the above brought it under control and I started feeling better quickly.
