Are you sure your snooze times are ok in the settings?
I bought mine at Best Buy, only because they were out of stock everywhere else. Now I'm glad I did buy it from there.

I bought mine fron Cpap.com--wonder if it's under warranty?
I would certainly hope so. Shipping not included; I understand that.

Yea, I can see the snooze indicator or whatever you call it going off on the screen but no audio. I will double check them anyhow since the factory reset...

What type of seller did you buy it off of from Ebay?
A lot of sellers on ebay are shifty. I bought a new replacement motherboard for a Dell desktop years ago. It was new from a seller that sells tons of replacement parts. Didn't have the original packaging and upon closer inspection, I could see a little bit of dust they missed. They did a good job making it look brand new but missed a tiny crevice. They are pros at it.
I also bought some new boots on ebay once. Turns out they were knockoffs.

Ugh!! Lazer - so sorry to hear about the ebay experience and it makes me very nervous - that's where Santa bought my Zeo from. It certainly appeared to be in brand new factory packaging. I mean there wasn't a crease in the cellophane type covering on everything, it was tight as a drum etc. etc.
Regardless, I guess I'm screwed with any warranty issues also, and will have to break the news to Santa.
Cheers,
xena

Looks like cpap.com no longer sells any Zeo. Its in the
Reference Only bone yard.
I was afraid I was going to get an open boxed unit from best buy since it was sold out at all of their other locations and I was grabbing the last one. But mine was sealed and had a round tape on the top that was intact. I even opened it in the car before I left to make sure. I think the Zeo itself was in a vacuum sealed like plastic. Or rather shrink wrapped.

Howdy,
We will honor the warranty for the Zeo - both bedside and mobile. The manufacturer offers a 30 day guarantee, after that they have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you are having problems, and it is within that time period, give us a call.
We changed the pages to "Reference Only" because the manufacturer is sold out, and could not give us an expected date. If it comes back into stock, we will add it back to the site.
We are currently reviewing other products like this to offer.

Well a bit of good news with a bit of a turn or twist.
I had emailed the ebay seller and got a response that he would in fact honor my warranty and I would just have to pack up and ship everything back to him (Even got an RMA #)
Now here's the thing. I did a little fiddling - pressing down/repressing, ect.. on the home/snooze button last night just for kicks thinking maybe something was sticking with it and low and beyold, this morning the unit operated properly with my 10 min. snooze intervals.. it sounded each time the alarm. I gave it aprox 3 cycles till I got up as I'm on vacation this week.
So now I'm not sure what to do. The RMA is good for two weeks.

Quit hitting the snooze button and wake up you lazy bum J/k
I would just return it and buy a new unit since you had other problems with it in the past.

I know but if by chance, the button was just sticking and it's working now, I hate being out the costs of shipping it back and then waiting for it. Plus the seller said they would either have the manufacturer fix or replace it so who knows how long the process would take?

Lol! I have no idea and that's just a guess not confirmed yet. I'll see how it acts the next few nights/days and if my trick doesn't work again or keeps needing repeated, then make a decision to send it back or not I suppose.
