My data is in the folder you are suggesting it should be in. I have had some problems with compatibility mode hiding some of the data files so you may want to check for that.
If you are looking at the summary report, the black bars underneath the O2 and pulse rate graphs are events. They are scored according to the data you input into the tools menu.
I am no "spert," but I believe I have seen that listed on some back country menu's...

On my Windoze vista system, the CMS-50F files are in C:\Users\SleepyParrot\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\SpO2\Data

Re: Looking for a CMS-50F EXPERT
As previously mentioned, the black lines are 'events' that occur during testing. If you are using SP02 Review, when you're looking at the data, on the bottom left corner there is a button with a wrench and screwdriver. If you click that button, that will show you what your parameters are for events (Drop for Event%, etc).
I'm using a Windows 7 computer, and my data is found in C:\Users\My_User_Name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SP02\Data.
Having said that, does your doctor use SPO2 Review himself? If they do not, then the data file itself may be of no real value to them, as the file has the SPO2 and Pulse Levels only. It does not have a time stamp so your doctor won't really know what time a particular reading is. I checked one of my data files, and it has something like 19,777 readings for 5.5 hours of readings. That is 1 reading per second.
You may want to consider sending a copy of your Oximetry reports instead. To do this, you will want to download and install a pdf printer. Google "free pdf printer" to find several that can be used for home use. What you will do is print whatever report you and your doctor decide on. When it asks which printer you wish to use, use the pdf printer, give it a good descriptive name and print it. Remember the name & location of this report! You then send this report to your doctor. You can send any of the 4 reports that SPO2 has, but my doctor has always liked the Oximetry report.
Hope this helps!

When I tell my software to LOAD a OLDER Data fill it goes to " C:\Users\SleepyParrot\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\SpO2\Data " and all looks good. . . .
BUT when I go in with EXPLORE WINDOW to copy the file ZIPPO NOTHING there????
Can one of you other users try transferring or posting a DATA file . . . . And let me know how you DO IT!
I have a IMAC & Windoz 7 and don't have any problem in making a PDF -BUT- Again the Dr, uses two software programs to evaluate the data < Not sure what other program > or what he does - - I just prefer not driving the 40 miles. but due love living in the country with NOBODY AROUND...

Re: Looking for a CMS-50F EXPERT
1st thing to try is when SPO2 is not running, can you find the folder by clicking on "Computer", then Drive C, then Users, then Sleepyparrot, then AppData etc, or is AppData (or any of the directories you mentioned) not there?
If you do not see the one of the directories, go back to drive c in explorer. When you're looking at Drive C: in explorer, click on organize, then folder & search options. Then click on the view tab. Under the Advanced settings: find Hidden Files & Folders. Make sure Show Hidden files, folders & Drives has a click on it, and Don't show does not.
Once you've done that, try again.

Re: Looking for a CMS-50F EXPERT
A couple of suggestions.
a program called Filemon monitors file writes and reads, ( might not work in Windoze 7 or 64 bits).
you could do a file search on your PC and sort by date, find out where the latest ones have gone.
you could print the reports and scan them.

I have tried those tricks even went to DOS Command and did a xcopy of the DATA Directory. . . . Along wit a FULL SEARCH of the drive with EXPLORE / SEARCH / Xtree <If anybody can remember that program> opened the Windows drive in the network and searched with IMAC ???
NO HIDDEN FILES OR FOLDERS or LOCKED FILES???

Re: Looking for a CMS-50F EXPERT
Okay, I have gone to the directory in explorer, and copied the files and emailed them to myself without any issue.
Since you can see them in SPO2 Review let's try this.
Start SPO2 Review and Review an old file. When you are supposed to choose a file, make sure you're looking at ALL files, NOT All Supported Files, SPO2 Review Files or SPO2 Real Time Files.
You should now see that each days' data consists of two files. Right click on one of the files, and select copy. I use Outlook, so I would then go to a new message and paste into the new message. That file then is attached to the message. Go back to SPO2 Review, and copy the other file, and paste it into the message. Now your message should have both files, and you can email that to your doctor.
If you use a web based email, paste them into a temporary folder, and attach them to your email.
Hope this works until you can figure out where they are!
As a note, I am using Windows 7 (64 bit). My data files are in almost the same directory path as yours except where yours says ....\Program Files\...., mine says ...\Program Files (x86)\.... Could you possibly have that directory in your path as well?
As a further note, when I searched the C: drive (in explorer) it did not see the files. I had to do a custom search, and move down to the appdata directory before it would find the files.

If you have had SUCCESS look at the fill you have sent and DISCOVER it's JUST a "ShortCut" not the full kb size of the original.....?wm_hess wrote: Since you can see them in SPO2 Review let's try this.

Have you checked the PROPERTIES/SECURITY tap on that folder to see if you have rights to it?

Re: Looking for a CMS-50F EXPERT
Sorry Bert but you've got me!
Every thing I've told you was a complete success on my end. I could see the files, they were full files (not shortcuts or paths) I emailed them to myself and was able to point SPO2 Review to the directory where I put the copies, and it read them fine.
Sorry I can't think of any thing further to try.

I copied them from the folder wm_ pointed you to, to my desktop. I think you don't have rights to the folder, or they are hidden.
