That is an excellent point about the leaks. If Gary starts out at 4 his mask will likely not leak. If he really needs, for example, 10-14, after he falls asleep, has some apneas, machine ramps to somewhere between 10 and 14, then the mask may start leaking badly.DoriC wrote:Usually the therapy works better if your minimum pressure is closer to your 90% pressure, in your case 9-10cms. When I first started out the DME loaned me a machine set 4 - 20. I did not know any better at the time and had a disastrous three weeks with that machine.
