What other way do we as members of this forum have, to help newbee's progress with their therapy.

We gotta start somewhere. Just ignore avi123. He has found something that justifies in his mind that it is okay to ignore his AHI (which he can't get below 5). He chooses to take a quite literal approach and believe one specific comment or thought as the gospel to cover all situations. Just as it is his right to go with that approach, it is our right to go with the other approach.

AHI is not the total end all to guarantee feeling good (too many other possible factors) but it is a starting point. We gotta start somewhere.

What Pugsy said, Avi is just trying to justify his +5 ahi...........ignore him.

Mine is consistantly below 1 and I sleep 8 to 9 hours a night.

Pugsy is a curse of this board. And you seems to be on the way.

Avi....I can curse in three languages...........so far I have not cursed at all, and I do tend to speak the truth.

I don't partricipate in Halloween since I am Jewish (born in Israel). We have our Purim holidy. I also don't participate in Christmas but celbrate Chunukah which has/had meaning for me and for Jesus too (I think).

Hi Avi... I'm Jewish also. Lots of us on this forum are.

However, that doesn't give me the right to discredit the opinions of many good folks here. The way you think may be right for you... but, it isn't right for all of us. There are several people here who know more than most doctors, and that includes sleep "specialists". I've learned more here than from my sleep doctor (who I really like) and my DME. Take a chill pill and relax. Take what you want here and leave the rest. I'm sure you've learned things or at least found several interesting threads, or you wouldn't still be here. There is a way to say things that won't upset people. You don't have to agree with them... they don't have to agree with you - but being civil applies in any case.
