MUCH, MUCH better. I think you can see now what we like to see.
Leave things alone now. No need for more changes at this time. Sometime if you want to see if sleeping on your back makes things worse, give it a try. It will be obvious.

Now I have to try to figure out what is going on with Radioboy and the software.

How come this happens? Is there some setting I am missing somewhere?
Open Encore..About Encore... Upper right tell me what software version you see.

Confirm your steps exactly. Something is missing. If you do "details" in lower left and then view lower right, you should get 10 to 12 pages to scroll through.

Also, give SleepyHead a try, see what you get.

program Version is 2.4.12.2
database version is 2.3.1.46

I have tried pulling up a report (detailed) for entire week and even just for one day but going to Therapy Data, selecting "detailed" radio button and then pressing View and all I get is a blank page. Trend pulls up the report I posted earlier, summary comes up with blank page too. If I try to save the report (detailed) it fails and says I may already have a file name of the same name...which is incorrect.

Woeful night last night 10.1 AHI which seemed much worse, snore index was 54!!!!! Yet, in Sleepyhead which I just downloaded it says it was 25! I can see detailed info that that program which is a good start!

Same here.

Obviously something is going wrong with Pro and I have not heard of any similar issues.

Try going to History tab and picking a download date and see if you can get any detailed data pages. If not, then I am at a loss as to what is going on. Perhaps a re-install of Pro but from past experience it doesn't uninstall cleanly and upon re-install may tell you that you already have it installed. I had this happen to be. I got around it by doing an advanced install.

You can of course use SleepyHead. All the same data is there, just visually different. Pro can be a royal PITA.

Check your PM's in a bit.

I think you should confirm the make and model of your machine....exactly as written across the top of the machine. Write it on a piece of paper if you have to but don't insert or leave out any words.

Remstar auto A flex System One (as mentioned on top of the unit)

Pugsy, thanks for PM. No, tried history tab and tried details but the same issue. Am running Windows 7 (Home) 64 bit but assume that isn't the issue otherwise the program wouldn't install/run.

Well, it is obvious what happened.
It is not always easy to stay off your back. Your need more pressure while on your back. It happens with a lot of people. Sometimes just a little more pressure and sometimes a lot more pressure.
You can continue to try to stay off your back or if you wish to be able to sleep on your back you could consider trialing slightly more pressure to see how much will prevent the supine events.

Great report though. I think you have a good handle on understanding things now.

You might want to try an auto then so it will increase when you need it. Can you discuss this with your doc?

Ditto to what GumbyCT said. If you change to Auto or APAP mode the machine will increase pressure in response to those supine events. Should you wish to try APAP, I would suggest that the minimum be at least 8 or 9 cm. Maximum 12 or 13. Keep the range tight so as to limit pressure changes which sometimes disrupt sleep. See where it wants to go for those supine events. It may not need much.

If you don't like APAP and want to be able to sleep on your back then do CPAP with 0.5 cm increases till those supine clusters are broken up.

I am worse in REM sleep. I use APAP because I can't control REM sleep. 10 cm minimum keeps the bulk of my REM events broken up but on occasion I see the APAP pressures go from 12 to 18. I figure REM events on steroids. The pressure changes don't bug me though. If they did I would use a much tighter range and just let the events on steroids happen. They don't occur every night.

I would think your problem is either in your machine or your procedure then. It's painful but you need to review each step along the way.

Still no real improvement, it's getting a bit disheartening now. The machine is still waking me up a couple of times a night and with a very sore and dry throat. Humidity setting on 3 (mx is 4 or 5?).

What am I doing wrong here? Are there any telling figures here to focus on and any suggestions how to have this thing working for me? I can try and get more detailed info from another program as Encore Pro isn't really pulling up more than what I have posted here
