Rusty, I'd sell you my Sansa Clip for cheap. It's pink. But I never use it anymore. The cell phone does everything for me now, and if I go this route (sleep MP3's), I'll use it for playback, anyway.

OR, try Craigslist. I bought an older Ipod for $40 which I also no longer use.

Danged Smartphone is phasing out all my electronics. The GPS is pissed off at me right now.

PM me.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

Would love some feed back about newer CDs by Thompson and anything else about alpha intrusions.
I see this old topic popped up.

There are a number of tracks on Amazon, I got a free $5 MP3 download for something I purchased and I managed to get five 99 cent MP3 tracks that are pretty good, several that are 80 minutes in length, they are yoga/meditation tracks. You can preview them before you buy as well. I alternate between the various tracks. I found it best to avoid any tracks that have sharp transitions like thunder, or what I can best describe as "spooky dark music" as it will jolt me awake or startle me.

I like my Sansa Clip, I keep it inside the pillow case and drape the cord over the back of the pillow so it comes in at the top of my head, haven't had any issues with getting tangled up. I can manipulate the controls on the Clip without taking it out of the pillow. I do best with the earphones blocking out all of the room noise.

I would sure like to see more research data on the Alpha Intrusion issues. Not much out there. So far, the music has proven to be the best solution over anything else including medication. I'll look and see what the name of the tracks that I have and post them later.

Are the ones with "delta tones" the ones to help alpha intrusions?
