I DID miss it. However, that lengthy and popular thread I showed you reflects the TRUE overriding sentiment around here about Australians, Max250.... not what ONE poster named Really happens to say.

Does anybody really care what the poster Really says anyway? When that poster logs in with his primary screen name, then I tend to like his posts. But when that person logs in using his Really screen name, then I disregard those posts.

Anyway, you and the other Australian and Canadian posters are VERY welcome around here in my heart, Max250... And you are welcome in the hearts of most message board members in my opinion. Please sleep well.

So now I get some sort of patronising lecture about life. Well I suppose there is more than one way to skin a cat and ridicule a valid position.
It's just a shame that on this board on this thread, no one objected to that prejudiced post but everyone is doing whatever they can to rubbish my objection to it.

I was talking about me; I was not giving you a lecture. It was a separate paragraph referring to me and how I finally learned to deal with what bothered me about some posters here. Here's the entire paragraph:

I have it on good authority from an Aussie member on here who has been around on these boards for far longer than I, and has posted far more than I, that if an Aussie puts a foot out of place, you lot in the USA will round on them as a pack and the evidence here seems to prove that. That's not a level playing field nor is it acceptable, nor is it a place I want to be around.

We know lurkers and members leave because they PM other board members, and tell them. And I am pretty sure many of the women on the Forum have had PM's from lurkers about this. I know that I have.
