I was pretty unimpressed with how cpap.com boxed the S9 I got recently - a big box with items lose in the box. The box the S9 was in had broken and the transport bag was almost bouncing around inside the big box with the mask and climateline. Could do better.

The point here is that with ANY insurance, you are reliant on the sender to follow through on any insurance claim for you, and that is often where the problems occurr.
