BB sits on his horse up on top of the ridge surveying the scene that has unfolded in front of him. Since the original call to arms this battle has unfolded like a stream finding its way down a valley for the first time. His advisers stand by, channeling years of experience from previous battles. But BB knows that he must issue the next command, taking care to insulate himself from the emotion of battle, steeling his mind to find the bedrock hiding deep amongst the reeds. His army will proceed and not be lost. Victory will be to BB's army. Now he just needs to work out how to ride the horse...

Makes me want my entire sleep study and not just the pages I've got...tho it does say normal EEG..normal...would never have guessed anything associated with my brain would be considered normal . Good sleep ruined with multiple wakeups for no apparent reason. 'Course the past week, I'm battling leaks and ordered 'nother Hybrid as my current Hybrid's parts are old old old with rips and I've got leak leak leak. Wondering too if a Zeo might show some pattern for these wakeups.

Just a few more posts to go.

Wow. OK. Well, you can go ahead and play by your own rules if you want to, Rebecca, but don't expect the rest of us to play by them, OK?

Hi -SWS, I can tell you that my joint pain seems to be shaping to something that resembles that associated with FM. I don't like to admit this because I don't want to have a poorly-understood disorder. I just want a meat-and-veg type of problem that is fixed with a not-tested-on-fuzzy-animals-guaranteed-not-to-have-nasty-side-effects-over-the-counter medication, or with an easy-to-buy-setup-and-use device such as an ASV. Tada...problem solved. I don't want to have the ill-defined problem that requires a well-managed, multi-pronged treatment regime including exotic massages, bleeding-edge drugs, sensual massages, ADMs, gentle massages and hours of mind-stretching CBT. Am I really going to end up with a diagnosis of UARS and FM to explain to my work colleagues and try to convince my GP about? Forced to dabble in acupuncture, touchy-feely massages, meditation in a pyramid, and consumption of foods that might as well have been extracted from a worm farm? Get me that PFT...now!

Some researchers consider Fibro to be a subset of hypothyroidism as it almost always responds well to scripts for thyroid. Many fibro sufferers and docs consider this heresy Worth checking out.

I will let you in on a secret...I am ruddy and hirsute. Put the rug over your back and approach Mother quietly. She is quite old now and will think you are me and give you the blessing. Go with haste my sister. GO!

I can certainly sympathize with the wake-ups. I am plagued with spontaneous arousals & prolonged awakenings too. Still haven't figure it out... The hybrid is working out beautifully for me, with no leaks--flat leak line. Thanks for suggesting it. What's a Zeo?

BB we are all watching you and hoping to cure ourselves with the info...much responsibility rests on you fixing your sleep architecture...slap that horse on the backside and get going.

While I might say those are the rules...I still manage to make posts despite the fact I don't know what I am talking about.

Heed not the banter and jests of idle warriors. From atop your mount, nod, gesture and set us upon our next task.

I was in FM denial long before you listed all those treatments. You've just driven me even further into denial.
