I think that the anvil or the bear trap could be employed to stabilize your mask.

Agreed. But with a little creative thinking and a bit of ingenuity, I've come up with a less painful solution.

I'm going to use the fix tonight to be sure it's effective. If it isn't, I'll work on it some more tomorrow. Once it's effective, I'll post about it in detail (with pics I took during the process), hoping I can explain well enough what I did so that someone else will be able to duplicate it if they want to.

I like these kinds of challenges.

Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.

Dx 11/07: AHI 107, central apnea, Cheyne Stokes respiration, moderate-severe O2 desats. (Simple OSA would be too easy. ;))

PR S1 ASV 950, DreamWear mask, F&P 150 humidifier, O2 @ 2L.

Considering your signature line, "veni, vidi, velcro ...." I'd suspect the solution will involve ... ta da! velcro!

In addition to the Velcro Fly, they also sang about Legs and Tush (all of which would seem to work quite nicely together).
