Dr. Sue's Nose Breathe Products

Post by janp » Tue May 05, 2009 12:41 pm

Are there any current users of Dr. Sue's Nose Breathe products?

If so, I'd appreciate some feedback on it's comfort and effectiveness.

I ran down a number of old posts on his product ... but haven't seen anything recent.

It seems to be an interesting alternative to either mouth taping or chin strap.

Thanks.

Jan

Jan, I never ordered a NoseBreathe, but I know of at least one person who never posted much who told me it worked well for her. The DIY mouthguard thingy I made for myself worked too, so I can see how the NoseBreathe would work for some.

Hi,

Are you still using the device that you made?

I bought one. Could never get it to sit properly & it caused excessive saliva for me. It was a waste of the time and the money for me.

But, I think there might have been someone who thought it worked. The softness of the material made it difficult to get used to. I
probably struggled through 2 nights with it & gave up.

Good luck.

Jan
I used it quite a bit. A visiting dog found it and regarded it as a chew toy. I haven't gotten around to making another one since tape works well for me.

Hmmm...hadn't really thought of it lately. Maybe I'll start boiling some water.
