You've been sleeping with your cheeks all blown up like a balloon. Do you think that eventually your cheeks will get all stretched out and flappy?

...ah, the cheek or gluteus maximus.
Coming out of the saddle in combination w/the hams,
big power......if they are taken care.
Cheek stretch, you bet. Daily.
Most important, pigeon stretch for the piriformis muscle
and the dead bug pose and boat pose, all yoga positions.
Also, very specific exercises to keep them from becoming flabby.
Bridge off the floor, bridge off the stability ball, hamstring curls off the ball,
quad extensions off the ball, hinge and rows, superman off the floor
and holding a pike position for minutes at a time.
Cheek stretch...you bet. No flabby cheeks here, just raw power.
I use a ffm to promote maximum cheek recovery and strength.

My cheeks get more stretched from the velocity I am now able to achieve on my bike now that I have a few months of xPAP therapy under my belt and the good sleep associated with it.

Some people are able to train their tongue, to prevent these blowing hot air events.

It's not a problem I'm looking to solve. It was a joke. BTW, I do put my tongue up like that, but once I fall into sleep it relaxes and falls away. I have dreams of being a chipmunk.

As for us Females Our upper and lower cheeks tend to fall.
So any stretching will just go south!
