Some have said that they rub their faces really well to get rid of the itches before putting on the mask and that seems to help.
Getting the Twilight NP, Aura/Headrest Nasal Pillows helped me--my face is almost fully exposed so I can scratch wherever it itches.

I occasionally run into this issue when I am having rain out problems. The condensation makes my whole nose itchy as well as my upper lip where the water tends to collect. I blame the New England weather, it changes around so much my settings that eliminate rainout don't always stay valid long.

Itchy nose with comfort gel
I'm glad I'm not the only one. I have been using the comfort gel mask for 5 days and the itching is a real bother, but I itch during the day as well. Alway have.
I do follow the cleaning directions for the mask and my face. I will try rubbing my face before bed. Thanks so much!

nose itch
I have used Sarna itch relief lotion (available behind the pharmacy counter) and gold bond which is supposed to be stronger than cortisone cream. They both work pretty well, at least until I get to sleep. I still wake up in the middle of the night and just reach up under the mask to scratch (or rub gently as I am getting a pretty sore upper lip).
It may be the little latex membrane on the surface of the nose cup. It's flimsy enough that it could be causing turbulence in the airflow.
I have asked my supplier to get me an Omega 360. I can't stand this anymore.

Itchy nose
Oops, I meant Opus 360, not omega.
