Has anyone used the PAPillow????
Has anyone used the PAPillow????
Have any of you used the PAPillow? I am looking for a pillow that is comfortable to use for side and stomach sleeping. I currently have to twist my neck and head into ackward positions in order to sleep on my side and stomach. This tends to result in neck pain and headaches. I use a full face mask.
Anyone have any thoughts?

I have a wonderful pillow that I bought at Costco--it is pure goose down --LOVE IT!! they are a bit expensive but you can get queen size or king size. If you do not have a costco --go online and order one. It is the best pillow ever--I am a side sleeper---used to get neck and headaches too --not anymore!!

I've been using the papillow for over a year and love it! I even take it with me when I travel. It holds my neck in a very comfortable position and allows the mask to sort of hang over the edge.

I went a little crazy and bought both the PAPillow and the SleePAPillow (or whatever Hudson calls it).
I like the PAPillow much better. The rigid "edge" makes a real difference. It's a high quality pillow. The Hudson version is very soft and lacks enough rigidity to work for a side sleeper IMO.

Try the Scented CPAP Mask with Pur-Sleep's CPAP Aromatherapy--CPAP Diffuser and Essential Oils.

Don't know if you'd want to try this before you invest in a more expensive pillow, but here is something that will cost a lot less. Free!

I bought a PAPillow in December (or thereabouts). I do use it while at home, but it's not enough of a help to bother taking on travel.
I wear a full-face mask, and I think the arms on the pillow are too wide - they impinge on the mask around the chin area unless I angle the pillow *just so* and hold my head up *just so*.
It also started flattening out already - imho a $60 pillow ought to stay poofy much longer than 6 months.
I'd rate it about a 6 out of 10. It's better than a regular pillow, but has room for improvement.

I agree with the comments by kennethryan and sleepguy.
I found the SleePap useless for side sleeping, there's no support at the neck and it's much too soft. The PAPillow isn't perfect but I do like it. Works ok for side sleeping, though I wish it was an inch higher at the sides as I have wide shoulders. I also find the arms too wide so I don't get the benefit of the mask hanging off the edge. Which is kind of the whole point of the pillow. It's pretty comfy though and supports the neck nicely when sleeping on my back.
