XPAP and Allergy/Sinus Flare-Ups

Post by atruvirgo » Mon Jun 11, 2007 11:09 pm

Has anyone seen a flare-up of their allergies or sinus problems with Xpap? Mine have been constant and I do attribute it to air blowing through me all night long. My ears hurt, sinuses are stuffy and my throat and chest feel a bit congested. Feels like a cold BUT it's not.

Nasal Pillows made it far worse. Steroid nasal sprays helped a bit, as did an occasional breaK. Really need to learn your body's Signals.

Goo Luck!
