What's going on at cpap.com?

Post by ILoveFlowers » Sun Jan 25, 2026 5:38 pm

Everything looks different and my order history of several years is gone. Have they changed hands? Does anyone know?

Yep. They sold out. Carolyn is no longer there and I don't know about Johnny but I get the feeling that he is gone too.
Customer service sucks and I won't be ordering from them anymore. I accidentally ordered 2 separate orders of the same mask and don't need 2 of them. I realized the error within 5 minutes and called them to cancel one of the orders...they said it couldn't be done. It was on a Sunday and sure as hell hadn't shipped yet because they don't ship on Sunday.

Not to mention that the person I spoke to had such a heavy accent he was difficult to understand so looks like they are farming out customer service calls either out of the USA or somewhere that people don't speak good English. Big pet peeve of mine not understanding them.

So if anyone wants to order from them....make sure you don't screw up because Carolyn isn't there to correct the problem whether the problem is something they did or you did. I got the feeling the new people don't give a shit.

Ohh, thanks, Pugsy. This is super disappointing. I will be shopping elsewhere, too. Seems like every time I turn around, another trusted resource or supplier has disappeared lately. :(

Also, I just looked at my account because there used to be a way to turn off the spam emails and I couldn't find it now.
Annoying as hell to get all those emails when is what I would prefer.....now they will automatically just go to my spam folder and then I can easily and quickly delete them....and rest assured that is what I will do.

I have seen that setting in the past but it's not available now or at least I couldn't find it.

well, this sucks. I don't need anything currently, but I always tried to steer people that way.

bet the new folk give even less of a shit when cpaptalk.com has software problems.

I don’t know what’s going on but I think it’s always best to order from your local provider or doctor that prescribes your device.

That's wonderful for some people but my local (if you can call the closest provider at 25 miles to me local) provider refuses to order what I want.
Told me some bald faced lie about insurance not paying for it....and my doctor doesn't supply equipment at all.
