How can I sync and fix this?

The SD card contains device information, including its serial number.
A free SleepHQ acoount is limited to a single device.

D'you think a new persona with a an already known device will fool SleepHQ into giving you another 2 weeks free Pro trial?
For all we know, the first step before importing from the Oura ring is check of the device's serial number in the registered devices database.
Registered too long ago? Not paying? Sorry mate, no import.

If it were me, I'd pay the $15 ASAP, and get their support for the import if I needed it.

I never had the 2 weeks pro trial sinc ethey didn't have that back when I first registered. So I guess it's not too creedy to try itnout once before starting payments. but we'll see. I asked them about the Problem with Import. IG they tell me "sorry pay" I can still buy one months. I don't think they will instantly ban me for life

One of my strangest nights since testing different pressures. This night was on 5 and I didn't expet what happened ... (About the O2 import - still doesn't work but I'm in contact with the support and working on it.)

First I have to remark that I had a partly really bad night, mostly due to my wife. She's pregnant and couldn't sleep and was so nice to regularly wake me up as well. But this counts only for the middle part between 3 and 5.

Why are things really strange? So as recommended by Rubicon I turned my machine down to 5cmH2O. I expected AHI to go all over the place. Instead it is best I ever had = 0.13 - only one sincle CA was measured. No hypopneas, nothing. So far so good. One could argue now: "Okay, lower pressure seems better for you. Your CAs were therpay induced. Maybe you should leave out CPAP at all." (note that this is exaggerated)

But I guess it's not that easy. While my AHI was very low - despite the wife related arousals (don't get that either as I would expect it to go up after all we know) - my O2 sats also were the worst since using the O2 Ring. Notably even worse than before Therapy!!!! It's really a bummer that O2 import to sleep HQ still doesn't work, but as long as we're working on it, let me give you the facts in a written form: So I had by far the most desats of more than 4% (7 times). Lowest again was 90% - aberage strangely 97% again. Even stranger is, that the desats can only partly be linked to what happened with my breath. I will inlcude a screenshot of the lowest sat timestamps as the upload of o2 to sleephq doens't work yet... And then something new happen as well as you can see in screenshot 2 of Oscar. I never saw such a shallow breathing for me. What is this???

The subjective evaluation of my sleep quality is (thanks to my wife) probably not very useful. I had the feeling that the first 2,5 hours were really good. I can't remember waking up a lot which I usually can the next day. But then again looking at the O2 it should not be so good, as I had lot's of the desats during that period. For the rest of the night.. yeah not so good - root cause mentioned often enough now... After all this morning I feel croggy with a slight headache.

So what are the findings in your pov? How to proceed? Another night on 5?

Well "Andi S", I see you have opted to seek assistance elsewhere. I can only say that I am deeply hurt and embarrassed that I was unable to provide assistance that met your expectations. I'm sure all of your issues will be resolved now that Uncle Nicko (aka "The Godfather of PAP") has taken over the management of your case.

Meanwhile, I shall curl into a fetal ball as I agonize over another one of my disasterous failures and how I can hope to go on.

Discouragingly yours...

I wrote him an E-Mail a month ago after im stumbled over some vid of him about central apnea on youtube. There he made some statment that did not fit for my case so I wanted to see what he can provide in addition. The one that was deeply hurt was me, after he answered to me that he has no time to answer my question but I should pay for pro member and try out the oustanding community and receive his service there. Now that I indeed did join as pro member, after your "gentle" request ;) I wanted to see if he at least now would deliver something feedback and if it would have been worth to pay for PRO. And as far as I see he did not answer my post at all....

I hope you can dry your tears and have a look on the stuff I posted, since so far I have not received an evaluation of the result of your recommendtion. Would again be appreciated.

You didn't give me what I asked for. I need the oximetry file. Dropbox the file from InsightO2 (should be in Insightpro/DATA or export the csv) and I shall fiddle with it myself.
