Pugsy I just signe up for Imgur if see if this works. https://imgur.com/EmG3I8m what im concerned with is most of my events appear to be centrals, last night about 5 events per hour almost all are clear airway

Until your centrals are approaching 10/hr then just ignore them.

a few centrals happen here and there, but they're nothing to be concerned about unless you're having a bunch of 'em all together.
Oh, you mean like this?

One thing missing on the report from the other person you posted their report...
Anyone notice that the machine didn't seem to flag that flow rate pattern as CSR????? Unless the snippet just doesn't show it or it's turned off....and why I don't like snippets like that.

And one report all by itself like that isn't the end of the world either....doctors look for repetition or trends or patterns before they push the panic button....if they push at all.

One or two nights with ugly central index isn't the end of the world. Step back...take a deep breath and look a the big picture too.
I just wanted to know if something like that is cause for concern.

Thanks Pugsy.

And the answer is "it depends" or "maybe" but we don't panic because the one main thing we don't know is/was this person even asleep or not.

We have a well used saying around here...."one night does not a trend make"....there is a valid reason for it.

Need answers to some questions before we start worrying.
1...Asleep or not??? Hugely important.
2...Is there a medical or potential medication issue contributing to a "special" situation?
3...Is this a common occurrence or a random one off weird night?
4...I don't like to ever give the impression that I am in panic mode unless it is deserved and one report is never enough for me to push the panic button unless it looks like this one.
