Is the system down or just machines not uploading data? If machines aren't uploading data, I'm wondering if they have 3G modems that were using AT&T. AT&T ditched 3G on 2/2/22.

Mine is still working.

For years, my opinion of MyAir was low - more information is easily available on the machine display and there is software for detailed information. Then, I had two long discussions with the RT who manages a satellite office for my DME. She says her clients' compliance skyrocketed once they started using MyAir. They were already familiar with using phone apps. Once people became involved in their therapy and saw the results (even at a summary level), the motivation increased.

It's also good for me - the DME gets compliance reports without bothering me or my doctor.

I think it's time for forum members to quit pooh-poohing MyAir.

Long live MyAir or a similar tool.

MyAir has its uses.
In kindergarten, the other kids were thrilled with shiny stickers.
I was interested in more books to read. (Comic books--I was 5)
Most of them didn't even read until a year or rwo later.
Accessibility is probably more necessary for the less advanced, even adults.

I don't understand why the myAir system can't combine the Air Mini and AirSense 10/11. Ideally, I wish you could use an SD card in the Air Mini to use with OSCAR.

I don't understand why the myAir system can't combine the Air Mini and AirSense 10/11.

They can be combined. But it's expensive to pay for the development and testing. These costs would have to be recouped in the sales price of equipment.

Mine is backup and working. I like my air cause it tells me how many events i had and if am leaking air. Thanks for the help everybody
