I'm absolutely stalking this thread. I want to know how it turns out! It's like a telenovela, only real life and much more compelling than politics.

"Will the protagonist benefit long-term from Turmeric? Will the aerophagia be held at bay? Will a citizen science study arise based on theory and anecdote?"

It's compelling stuff.

i'm uncertain that there IS a next chapter. as i think i've mentioned, i don't feel comfortable promoting this as any kind of cure for anyone else as there doesn't seem to be any shred of scientific proof to back it up.

that plus i found out that tumeric can act as a blood thinner.

beyond a doubt, my aerophagia is under control. i still have slight bouts in the wee hours. but it doesn't persist and is eliminated by the usual physical method. 8) i don't take the compound religiously or on any schedule. i take 500 mg every few days, as i think of it.

as to whether one has anything to do with the other is very open to debate.

what's a poor zonker to do?
