Not even sure what they really did wrong lol, seems like common practices for many companies, like providing discounts and free stuff to their suppliers. Who knows.

Edit: Also their yearly revenue is $2.6 billion so this fine is a joke! Haha!

I commend Mr. Pendarvis for the clarity of his wording in his statement, which makes a very important distinction we should never forget. It is vital for us as patients to understand that we are not the customers of any of the various manufacturing entities, even though we often think of ourselves as that when we aren't careful. The DMEs are the customers whose voices are heard by the manufacturers.

As Mr. Pendarvis so aptly put it in distinguishing between the two: “We have always acted in good faith with patients and our valued customers, and we do not expect this to impact our relationship with either.”

And no amount of fining ResMed in any country will ever make their competition suddenly start making better products. Just sayin'.

Good to hear from you, Den. If Slinky were still alive, she'd tell you to leave her beloved ResMeds alone.

I give it a hold rating.

In other words I have made the choice not to decide, much like Neil.

Companies pay stores all the time to get their products displayed in prime positions.
