Thank you. I will go for another mask fitting and try that avenue.

It looks like the leaks were better last night but still need improvement. I think that you were either unconsciously removing mask or tossing and turning because of this. I can only imagine how horrible wearing a turned off cpap mask and a chin strap would feel and I would expect the body to try and fight that situation. Now that the machine isn’t turning off your restlessness may improve on its own.

Trying to minimize the leaks is the important step now as it is affecting your treatment. Hopefully some restlessness will improve now that the machine stays on. Going for a mask fit is a good idea too.

Has your wife noticed where your leaks come from? I would imagine they might wake her up and it might be easier for her to try to figure out where they usually occur which would help you figure out a way to reduce them.

I don’t think pressure being too high is the problem. You need to fix the leaks before a decision can be made about changing pressure settings.

Thanks for the response. I have talked to my wife about where the leaks are coming from but she says she cannot tell. The thing is she claims that it does not wake her and only notices it while she is getting up. I have noticed that with the Dream Wear mask the cushion has slid up my nose and woke me so I could re adjust the cushion. I am going back to pillows and see where it goes.

Please go back and post the full size screeshot, when you shrink them, they're pretty much unreadable. The forum software will give a thumbnail that fits on the screen, but then we can click through to the full size image.

Also, bump your pressure to 14.

New developments I would like to share and hear comments please. I have switched to a full face mask (Airtouch F20) and started using it Friday night, The first graph shows time mix ups because on Friday I was trying to get a good seal. Last night (Saturday) was full 8 hours sleep. I am concerned about the Cheyne Stokes reading and CA's. First time that I had zero leaks but other readings are troublesome. Please comment with suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Yes both shots from new Airtouch F20. Last nights data attached. Very worried about the CSR and CA.
