bear in mind i've been at this for four years. and also bear in mind that i can be a bit slow when following the excellent advice given here.

it's just been since march or so that i've been getting sub 1 as an ahi.

i have every reason to believe you'll achieve it much faster than ME!

I would be willing to make a substantial bet that with the right ASV machine and optimal settings that we could make the AHI of 0.0 be a common occurrence for you.
When I was using the ASV I had a lot of 0.0 nights...was quite common because of what it does and how it does it.
