Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elihu Berle said Wednesday that the coffee makers hadn't presented the proper grounds at trial to prevail.

In Louisiana we prefer to use French Press coffee makers.
They preserve the carcinogens which, we all agree, adds to the flavor.

I wonder if Cali wildfires are covered under prop 65....
Where would they stick the label?
