But this brand has very little to no laxative effect. So I'm definitely interested. I'd rather take magnesium than melatonin. Researching it, I found a California warning about the contents of the product that alarmed me greatly. I read more about the warning and decided that it was over the top, and went ahead with purchase.
Well this morning I go to home depot to pickup some wood screws. And found the exact same alarming message on the box! A box of wood screws!
Am I wrong in thinking that warnings like this keep many people from getting help they need, and cause many others (like me) to just ignore it completely? What the hell's wrong with the legislators out there? I'll be paying zero attention to this warning in the future.

BTW - Neuro-mag didn't have the intended effect for me. I fell asleep fine but kept waking up on the two nights I took it near bedtime. I saw a couple mentions of this in the reviews. I'm still using it, taking it in the morning right now. It supposedly gets into the brain, so maybe I just need to let myself adjust.
And I'm happy to report, no laxative effect at all for me. Talk about a WIN!
