I disagree.
Press Releases are required to accurately present the company and possibly add any legal disclaimers.
In this case the information about themselves makes a false claim.
Yes, they are asking for another lawsuit, hopefully from a NoClean user who has been duped. Even more hopeful would be a class action suit.

Shatner has always been a hack. Roddenberry was the true genius.
That ham (Shatner) nearly ruined the franchise with his behavior.
Shatner wasn't the only one. TOS and TNG were amazing but it went downhill from there.
I sort of enjoyed both DS9 and Voyager, but only recently. They bring back some very good memories of lounging around in the evenings in the 90's, which is a decade I miss. I'm relatively young (41) so I was coming of age in the 90's, it was a spectacular decade in my opinion. Edit: I'm sure there are other opinions that disagree with mine, and that's ok.

That is your right. And I wish you, the lawyers you personally hire, and the lobbyists you personally employ all the best with that.

I do not think making false statements in a legal statement bodes well for them.
Did you see Palerider's post with the link to the "current" lawsuit against them for false advertising? You're right, they may be setting themselves up for another.
Boo Hoo! Nothing will come from the Lawsuit, it's just Free or Cheap Advertising. On this sight alone they have already recouped any loss. Just getting your name out is a win, win, fools will flock! Jim

DS9 had some ok moments. Never did much care for Voyager. My kids were a little younger than you and didn't share my love for all things Star Trek. They would beg to stay up late and watch xfiles with me though

Please cite the federal law that you allege.

There are false advertising rules. They are stating the same thing on their website. Here is where to file a complaint on that.

Good luck with that. I think that jnk already addressed that.

Yes I watched a little B5 of course I did. I gave up on Star Wars because Luke and Leia were brother and sister gross! (However I have seen them all my husband likes star wars) I watched all things sci fi, even watched some Buffy and Angel, Dr Who, Torchwood. I have very eclectic tastes.

There is none. It's not the Federal Government's job to insure that press releases are accurate, it's the company's that is releasing it. This is a free market system, not Communism, where the government power runs everything. Companies are always playing fast and loose with the language of their releases ever since they realized that they could potentially increase stock prices.

You might be thinking (or not thinking at all) of SEC regulations on publicly traded companies. SoClean is privately held and is not subject to such regulations.

I was also a hardcore Trekkie, but I didn't like the Social Engineering, still don't, and now days it's much worse, I am a Archie Bunker person, not a Meathead type! As far as Buffy NO) and Angel, Dr Who, Torchwood, did some of them. I have over 10 TB of video archived (Twice), all commercials removed, most worthwhile movies included starting from 1946 on. It's what I do! Although, the last two weeks have been a challenge, as all worthwhile T.V. is shutdown and less of the shows are worth watching much less archiving. I think my first SF Movie was Forbidden Planet, I still watch it every now and again, for the time it was A-1! Jim

If you can find Babylon 5, If a 125 GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive appeared in my mail box, it could happen.

Some days I just want to wish the whole world the best.

But I believe the official rules state that "if a leading horse or any other horse in a race swerves or is ridden to either side so as to interfere with, intimidate, or impede any other horse or jockey, or to cause the same result, this action shall be deemed a foul. . . . If, in the opinion of the stewards, a foul alters the finish of a race, an offending horse may be disqualified by the stewards."

Kinda like some forums, I guess.

OR maybe I just lived in Kentucky too long before heading north. And I wish Churchill Downs all the best, too.
