Thank you.
For this night I tried first to set the pressure at 14 -- it was too hard to breathe for me, to fall asleep.
So then I tried 13, but with C-Flex at 1 instead of 2 -- still impossible to fall asleep.
So, 13.5, with C-Flex at 3. AHI of 4.4, but awful feeling again of not working therapy.

katestyles: Thank you also. The feeling is one of typical sleep apnea, not of a bad night. Meaning, for me, foggy brain, no clear thoughts or focus, huge dark rings under the eyes, very sensitive to sunlight, unstable, irritable emotions, bad memory.
Even with 8.5h of sleep. (Wanted to take the SD card to work to show a graph of last night, and forgot. sorry :( )

Maybe lower the pressure to 12.5 or 12, but with C-Flex 1? Any better ideas?

Have you ever used the ramp feature? That allows you to have a lower pressure to fall asleep. When you are asleep, the pressure increases.

Thank you - in the end I was so tired yesterday that it worked with 13.5, C-Flex 1 (first tried different settings, which is why sleepyhead shows 12.5)
