Adding last 2 pages (there were some graphs in the last page, havent posted that - will post if you feel it is needed)

I don't understand these numbers too well, but doesn't the table imply that I had 0 AHI when the pressure was set at 14/10 during the study? Any reason why the doctor recommended a 18/12 pressure?

Here's the results for tonight with IPAP 18, EPAP 14 (and rise time reduced to 2). Happy to say that AHI is under 4. This is definitely better than average for me.

Run with these new settings for about a week...make notes as to whether or not you woke often during the night (some of those flags might not be real if you were awake when they happened).
And then lets see how you adjust to these new settings...might need a little more EPAP but I need to know if you woke up much first...plus you need to adjust to the new settings.

You probably should take a crash course in learning about asleep vs awake flagged events.
Awake events simply don't count and have to be mentally removed from the evaluation for pressure needs.
See the videos here to learn more about how to zoom in and spot awake vs asleep breathing.

Your Min IPAP is higher which means the lower rise time did the job for the most part - pressure line only had one real dip much steadier. Less centrals from the reduced PS as well. Defer to Pugsy on the next steps advice.

If the centrals remain annoying...the next step might be a slight reduction in PS...but I want more than one night of data before we go down that road and I also want to know if asleep or awake flagged centrals.

How are you sleeping and feeling?

On the nights with higher centrals/CAs are you waking up during the periods of the centrals?

Still showing higher numbers of OAs and hyponeas than I would like to see if it were my report.

Maybe a trial with EPAP 15 and IPAP 19...might be in order to see if the OAs and hyponeas reduce a little more.
