Yes. All that BND (Breathing Not Detected) pretty much totally invalidates any numbers you see or most likely don't see.
If the machine can't detect breathing it can't detect much of anything. No way to know if not much happened or a lot happened but the machine simply was clueless. I would vote for a clueless machine.

Not particularly. Maybe the first hour and a half if you slept.
Anytime you see BND of this magnitude...the data reported is pretty much meaningless.
Whatever you are doing to create this much BND...you need to fix it.

Also can you review this thread for how to format the images and which graphs to include?
viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html
Will be useful once you ever get some reports where there is something to look at that isn't BND.

Thanks for your help here.... so last night BND was 50% again .. my mask is the open one that sits under the nose ( having swapped from a closed one i really couldnt stand) does it need to press right up against the nose?

The cushion needs to seal against the bottom of the nose in order for it to deliver the necessary air pressure. Have you considered trying the nasal pillows? I used the dreamwear full face mask which seals against the bottom of the nose, but have quit using it because when I got it snug enough to seal around the nose, it caused my nose to be very sensitive and would hurt when I first took the mask off every morning.

You need to figure out what it is, and put it in your equipment profile.

There are no "open" masks. and yeah, surprisingly enough they have to make a tight seal, or they're worthless.

OK so equipment posted .. just looked back at sleepyhead results for when i was using the Amara full face ...AHI was 49 BUT BND was only 5% ..
so should i go back to that anf make some changes and if so what?
i swapped it out as i didnt like the air blowing in my face ..so they reduced the max pressure when they swapped out.
would prefer the nasal pillow out of the 2 if i could reduce that BND so any advice please ..

You need to get the mask fitting property, so that it seals well. Lots of people find that it works well for them, but every mask doesn't work for everyone.

Maybe the new Bleep mask would work for you.

Considerably higher than it should be.

But, we can't tell anything from a partial screen shot.

See below.

There's a reason I created this page, referenced in the sig of every one of my posts:
wiki/index.php/Sleepyhead:Organize

Your last post basically tells us "a thing happened", without any clues about what that thing was, or how it happened.
