Tried importing the data again -- all 1434 sessions of it??? -- but I still don't get the graphs. I checked all the way back to a year ago December when I got the machine, and it was the same throughout, and I've definitely had data downloaded by the tech (I needed a compliance report),
So....yeah..that number of sessions maybe because people can have more than one session a night. Each time you turn the machine off and on ..that's going to create a new session. People can have many multiple session nights for any number of reasons.

Let's back up...tell us exactly which model you got in Dec a little over a year ago. This thread is about the AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her and we assume that when people chime in here that is the machine that they are using but I learned a long time ago that people chime in with other stuff and they aren't always talking about the same stuff.
And tell us if you ALWAYS keep the SD card in the machine when you use the machine.
And summary data only...is enough to satisfy any compliance issues....you don't need the graphs to establish compliance needs being met. So the tech wouldn't miss the graphs because he never needed them.
Let's try to figure out why you don't have the graphs.
So complete model name which is usually on the face of all ResMed machines.

And yes...I know the instructions for 1.0 say to remove the old versions...but I didn't (I never follow instructions   ) and didn't have any major problems.
But you might as well remove all those other versions...at least all those below 0.9.8.1 in number. They won't work with your machine now.
Some won't give you an uninstall option either...some might need just manual removal of the program with a delete of the main folder.
Also..clean out your download folder if you have a bunch of the setup files left in the download folder...you don't need those old setup files.

If you do have a full data model machine...and no graphs ever...then we wonder if the SD card was in the machine each and every time it was used. It HAS to be in the machine to get the graph data files written to the card. The old S8 machines you could just stick the card in the machine later and it stored a lot of stuff in the machine and then it would write to the old card but not anymore...
all machines will require the SD card be in the machine when in use to have anything beyond summary data show up in the software reports.

If there are graphics issues the BrokenGL version of the program might work better. It is in the Program Files\SleepyHead folder along with the regular one.

Some computer graphics cards do not fully support OpenGL so Mark made the other, slightly slower version.

I keep forgetting to mention this little tid bit and if he has that many old versions of SH on his computer...his computer has some age to it and the graphics stuff very well could be the answer here.
He upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 and said it was a rocky upgrade but I bet it didn't upgrade the graphics driver stuff.

He/she says the AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her...I think you may have hit the nail on the head here.

Now to figure out how to tell them how to go open SH through the broken GL application exe and not the default application.exe file.
Do you happen to have instructions with images of where he/she needs to go to get it done?
I think I have some somewhere but not handy.

No, but feel free to try this.
First find the Program.

Then right click on it and choose "Create shortcut" (4th from the bottom on my choices). You will get an error. Click Yes

You should now see something like this on your Desktop

Thank you Pugsy and prodigyplace for your efforts to help me!

The instructions with images were very useful, and I'm very disappointed to report that the BrokenGL version did not work. Once in the distant past I managed to solve some problems by using it, but it didn't work this time.

Pugsy, to respond to your questions:

Yes, I have an Airsense Autoset 10 for her (mentioned in my first post :D ) and yes, I am female. (I'm not keen about all the little filigrees on this machine -- I can't imagine what a man might think!) I'm not sure why my machine wasn't in my profile, and I've fixed that.

And just so you know, I've been a CPAP user since September 2011 and found SH very shortly after. I'm very competent with the data -- just not with the software. I think I may have been confused when I reported that I went back to the beginning of my data. The "beginning of my data" may have been when I updated to a new version of SH. I think (but am lousy with time) that the sequence of events was as follows: new version of SH --> purchase of Airsense Autoset 10 for Her --> new computer. I'm pretty sure (but not certain) that I did have graphic data before I bought this new (albeit refurbished) computer this past June but but that it's not showing up at all now. And the reason I have all that old SH stuff on my new computer is that I had all my sh1t from the old computer transferred to the new one (with some grief, as I alluded to previously).

I'm wanting to see my data because things are weird right now, both concerning odd AHI numbers (0.0 for several days running!) and getting blasted by too-high pressure, which never used to happen. Yesterday I reduced my max pressure a couple of notches (from 20 to 18). Not sure what woke me too early this morning; I don't think it was the machine. I'm also having to complete a sleep diary for an appointment next month, and I find the CPAP data useful for confirming my impression of how long it took to fall asleep (i.e., when the wave forms change) and what time(s) I woke in the night. (Thank you for the explanation of "sessions," which I should have figured out. When I wake up, I usually take off the mask for a minute or two to take a break, and this also gives me a record of when I was awake in the night without my having to look at the clock. So, yes, more than one session on many a night.)

The SD card is always in my machine, except for those occasions when I've been checking my data and leave it in the computer, but obviously that hasn't happened lately! And I always check that the machine can read the data when I put the card back -- i.e., that I've unlocked the card, which sometimes I unlock and then lock again because I forgot that I did unlock it...

When I went in for the compliance report, I assumed the tech looked at the graphic data, but it's possible he didn't. I seem to recall seeing it, but it might just have been the summary charts. I can't remember from one minute to the next what I've just done, so I really can't say what transpired at that appointment. :P

Anyway, I may try to drum up a different SD card to try. It's one more thing I thought of. I've got a spare, but I don't know where it is.

And I've booked an appointment with the tech for Wednesday.

So there you go. As with so many things in my life, I think I'm beyond help with this one!

Thanks again.

msat.....

Do you know how to Zip/compress a SD card?

If you can get me a zipped copy of the entire SD card...I can run it through my SH for you.
Sometimes zipped it's small enough to email as attachment but if not we can use my DropBox...but first need to know if you know how to zip/compress the SD card in one step...we can't do it with individual files and folders....I can't build it back correctly to have it work with the software.

I think you can replace the faceplate with a different color ;)

Give me a few minutes to grab some screen shots and get you some directions.
It was easy with Windows 7 but Windows 10 isn't giving me the same options...damn.

Okay....keep this link handy. Once you get the SD card contents compressed...click on the link and upload the zipped folder per the directions.
https://www.dropbox.com/request/XVVIBig3e7gZzVhnmWuS

I can't figure out how to do the zipping in one step with this Winblows version....so 2 steps.

Navigate to the drive letter where the SD card sits....don't go into the files on the right side...stay with the drive letter.
Right click on the drive letter...choose "copy" from the menu and click on it
Go to your desktop...right click mouse and choose "paste" from the menu. If you get a message about something can't be done or move...just "skip".
You should end up with a new folder on your desktop that contains the entire contents of the SD card.
Now go to that new folder and right click your mouse on it...from the menu choices...you may see zip/compress or you may need to click on "send to" to get the compress choice.
So you click on compress/zip....and it takes not very long and you end up with another folder on your desktop with the same name as the other but with a big Z on top of the folder...this is the folder you upload to the dropbox link.
I will get a notice...and then I go download it and unzip it and see if I can use my SH with it.

I absolutely have to run to the post office right now or miss sending someone a much needed machine.
As soon as I get back I will go get that file and see what I can do with it.
