So....yeah..that number of sessions maybe because people can have more than one session a night. Each time you turn the machine off and on ..that's going to create a new session. People can have many multiple session nights for any number of reasons.msat wrote: ↑Mon Jan 14, 2019 12:33 amTried importing the data again -- all 1434 sessions of it??? -- but I still don't get the graphs. I checked all the way back to a year ago December when I got the machine, and it was the same throughout, and I've definitely had data downloaded by the tech (I needed a compliance report),
Let's back up...tell us exactly which model you got in Dec a little over a year ago. This thread is about the AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her and we assume that when people chime in here that is the machine that they are using but I learned a long time ago that people chime in with other stuff and they aren't always talking about the same stuff.
And tell us if you ALWAYS keep the SD card in the machine when you use the machine.
And summary data only...is enough to satisfy any compliance issues....you don't need the graphs to establish compliance needs being met. So the tech wouldn't miss the graphs because he never needed them.
Let's try to figure out why you don't have the graphs.
So complete model name which is usually on the face of all ResMed machines.
And yes...I know the instructions for 1.0 say to remove the old versions...but I didn't (I never follow instructions

But you might as well remove all those other versions...at least all those below 0.9.8.1 in number. They won't work with your machine now.
Some won't give you an uninstall option either...some might need just manual removal of the program with a delete of the main folder.
Also..clean out your download folder if you have a bunch of the setup files left in the download folder...you don't need those old setup files.
If you do have a full data model machine...and no graphs ever...then we wonder if the SD card was in the machine each and every time it was used. It HAS to be in the machine to get the graph data files written to the card. The old S8 machines you could just stick the card in the machine later and it stored a lot of stuff in the machine and then it would write to the old card but not anymore...
all machines will require the SD card be in the machine when in use to have anything beyond summary data show up in the software reports.
