Sleepyhead Help

I have a number of medical issues and minimizing the amount of material I need to read is greatly appreciated. I'm looking for help to organize and set-up Sleepyhead. What is the best site to use, with the minimal amount of reading, and user friendly. I'm not the smartest guy in the neighborhood.

I have set-up MyAir.ResMed.com, although I don't always find it accurate. For example: last night I went to bed at 11 PM and was up at 6 AM. The hours slept showed 4 1/2 not 7 hours

Is the clock on your machine set correctly? It changes days at noon so if you slept across that time on it, your hours would be wrong.
