so I refused to pay without correction. Then the sueing ensued.
Your story is suspicious. Medical practices turn non-payment over to collection agencies.
Lol, F' you too. I was surprised as well. Just because it's not common doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I got served on a Saturday as I remember it.
Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"

Update: Just met with my neurologist. I explained to him what I had done with the pressure, etc. His response was "Good job, I like to see people take an active interest in their therapy. Your numbers look great, we may need to hire you as a spokesman for the therapy."

He had zero concerns regarding me making the small change to my pressure. He even said that 7cmH20 is lower than the average of 8cmH20, so it was no big deal. He said his staff overreacted, BUT, that's their job.

So all's good on the pressure change front, this thread can die now.

Medical staff, much like law enforcement agents, benefit no one when inappropriately responding in a way that could easily escalate into a life-threatening circumstance for the patient/citizen.

That staff need a butt-kicking. Their job is to save life--not put it at risk by claiming authority and judgment outside their purview.

And a doc is only as good as his staff, since they can damage perception and irreparably discourage patients. :x

If you've met your compliance, put it in airplane mode and leave it there. DME will be out of your business.

Lordy Lordy , i ashamed to say i have not been around the neighborhood since hooking up with the air sense 10 . It is better than i expected & like the software that i can pullup at work to check my sleep score which is usually beween 97-100 . Events between .06 & 1.6 per hr.
So the reason i am snooping around.......O by the way MERRY CHRISTMAS ~ HAPPY NEW YEAR Y'all  Okay, wifey says i have seen this commercial about this miracle thing -so clean, because i have been getting multiple sinus infections, etc.
I knew if i wanted to get the real skinny i'd come here for answers. guess the methotrexate for my RA has nothing to do with  Anyway after starting to use the neti things have gotten better averting the usual shot in the rump / antibiotics deal .
So reckon i'll continue cleaning equipment as i should and not make waves or reopen any festering wounds from previous so clean threads
Appreciate Youans

So-Clean claims to disinfect which is unnecessary, according to us & the machine manufacturers. The only thing So-Clean cleans is your wallet, of cash. :(
Run away from that.

Now I have made the forum view known, please let's try to keep any further discussion civil.
People tend to get agitated in this topic.

Now where is the fun in that, Tim?

This here InterWeb thingy is all waves and particles. Feel free to make either, both, or some odd new enlightening combination of the two. :P

And when wounds fester, isn't opening them often the truest course of healing?

If the patient were prohibited from altering a prescription, all our pills would come in
robotic, timed dispensers, with automatic features to notify the authorities if a pill is missed
or any attempt was made to tamper with the dispenser.
Just imagine how expensive that would be.
A friend of mine designed and built such a device and tried to market it about 20 years ago. Unfortunately he went broke.

Possible, but not practical.
Skynet will do it anyway . . .
