Take a look at this thread for a general idea of what we like to see.
viewtopic/t103468/Need-help-with-screen-shots.html

The overview graphs...don't bother unless someone asks.

To get an idea what is going on we like to see a typical night's detailed data. SleepyHead will give you a lot more graphs than we need or want so start with the basics (it will all fit on one image) and then if we need or want something else then we just ask.

So something like this. The graphs can be moved around and turned on or off and resized.
Calendar can be hidden...the Pie Chart can be turned off (Preferences/Appearance tab)...
Do NOT use the full screen toggle feature in SH because it has a bug in it and sometimes you go to full screen and can't get out of it.

Hello, here is my images for graphs. They look like a mess... but I'm also glad to see that there are problems, I would be more worried if I am sleeping 12 hours but nothing shows up. Will you help me interpret it/let me know what I should fix? It would be a big help. I'm sorry if it comes out weird, I'm not sure how to post pictures on this website.

Do you need EPR to be at 3? And humidity at 6 (which is likely to cause congestion unless you're in a very dry climate)?

Who are you talking to?
I can't see any reports from archerhahn....
So the only report shown here in this thread is the one I posted as an example of what he could be seeing.
You questioning me on my settings???

When I go to your link to imgur I get a message "unfortunately there is nothing to see".
I don't know what you have done but I can't see anything.

Try this.
Go to the image you wish to share and click on it.
On the right side is a little box of addresses and below the addresses you will see the thumbnail choices.

Follow these steps.
1..click on Large thumbnail
2..then copy the last line in the box of address (link to BBCode) and paste that address in the body of your text.
3..click on the preview button...image should show up
4..the click on the submit button

One thing that comes ti mind is sleep debt. You have a chronic sleep deficit from the years prior to your diagnosis. Perhaps you will be able to sleep fewer hours once the sleep debt is paid off.

Meanwhile, you need to look at all the other possibilities, as well as the normal issue of "sleep hygiene." For instance, don't drink caffeinated beverages after lunchtime, don't watch TV, use a computer, or do exercise in the hours before bedtime, try to finish dinner at least two hours before bedtime , etc.

If you click on the image in the forum itself it will open up and you can grow it.

What image?
Whose image?
If you are talking about the ResMed report above dated Dec 17....that's my report that I used as an example.

This is what I get when I click on the link that archerhahn posted. Can you see something that I can't see?

I think Julie is talking about tomatoes. It won't be long before gardening season is here!

Excuse me but I clicked on what he posted and got a SH report... maybe it's my iMac that made it work.

What is the date on the SleepyHead report that you see on your computer when you click on whatever you see he posted?

Archer, We would like to help you, but this link is to your imgur profile which has no information we can view. Instead, go into Images in your imgur account, open up the image, click on BBCode/Copy and then post the link in a new post to this thread.

Dear friend archerhahn
I'm going through hyperventilation issues using CPAP.
The symptom you are reporting may be hyperventilation.
I advise you to research hyperventilation.
