Black Bar Graph - Encore Pro

Am very new to the forum having just received my Remstar M Pro 1 week ago. Have been using same every night (pressure 12 FP 431FF). Today I received my EncorePro software and Responics Card Reader. After some problems I finally installed everything. Downloaded Smart Card info into EncorePro. My Overall Compliance is 0%, since October 5. I have mostly black bars (Blower only) on the graph, with a few short reds (Non-Compliance days. There are no green bars. If this has come up before, sorry for the repeat. Any thoughts as to what I am doing wrong?

When you look at details for some of your past several nights, are there long sections of black bars across the "Leaks" area of the graph?

seems if the SmartCard has never been setup (erased) first data is garbage. Create your patient profile then setup the card which will erase it. Next download should be fine.

rested gal, sorry for the delayed response. The only black bars I see are in "Overall Compliance" (everyday for the entire sesssion) and in "Patterns of Use" on page 2 of the Full Details Report. The leak graph on page 3 has blue, green and red lines. I've tried to be very careful and make sure that the mask is fitted snugly on my face. I haven't noticed any leaks. According to the report the blower has been on for 6 days but the machine is not registering any breaths that I take. I tried to erase the card and do a setup as suggested by Guest but that has not resolved the problem. There are no green lines indicating compliance in the Encore report when I reran it after redoing the Smartcard. The black bar remains. Shortly after turning on my machine (about 2 minutes) I get a Mask Leak warning. Again, I check for leaks and find none. I have read through the literature online and in the manuals but have not come across this problem elsewhere. Any thoughts as to why the machine would not be registering my breaths....Thanks for your input...also Guest
