online ordering

Post by sleepyone » Mon Aug 28, 2006 1:53 pm

I just ordered a mask from cpapxchange. They said they mailed it last Thursday and gave me a tracking number for the post office. So far, the post office says they have not received any package. Is this usual? I read that they (cpapxchange) provided great customer service, but i am a little disappointed. I have called them and sent an email, but have not heard yet.

anyone else with ordering problems, or better yet, solutions?? Thanks!

THE MAIL JUST CAME!! CPAPXCHANGE IS SO FAST THE POST OFFICE TRACKING DOESN'T KEEP UP WITH THEM!!! MY PACKAGE ARRIVED TODAY!!

THANK YOU CPAPXCHANGE!

We don't use cpapxchange, we use CPAP.com, that way we get our products, fast and at a good price, and we don't have to complain here at the CPAP.COM Forum. As the man says,"Get "UR" Done. Jim

I just had two items delivered USPS from lexington KY to here, a six hour drive took 5 days each time. Jim

And never showed up on the tracker, I guess they don't have the SAT Tracker boxes on the Mules yet. Jim

cpapXchange - Faster than Fast

Post by SleeperInSeattle » Thu Aug 31, 2006 1:36 am

I find it kind of funny that GoofProof's talked trash about cpapXchange.com and then his packages from some other company took 5 days to arrive. It sounds like SleepyOne's from cpapXchange got there much faster than that!

Maybe USPS guys captured Goof's UPS truck and had it "taken out."

One never knows. USPS is usually very fast and they're inexpensive too.

Maybe Goofy's problem is because he lives in the village of 'High Ground'.
'High Ground' is the home of several bored Rose Hulman students and a
lot of great people. But is is off the beaten path a bit...

For me UPS Ground is:
__Chicago next day
__Houston 2 days
__Orlando 3 days
__California 6 days.

USPS Priority Mail:
__Chicago 2 days
__Houston 2 days
__Orlando 3 days
__California 4 days

I only buy, new stuff, from cpap.com

+ Aussie heated hose.

Can't you READ?
Now move your eyeballs up to the upper right-hand corner of the very top of the window...all the way up...that's where WE shop! And no one has been in Limbo about when their goods will arive from Cpap.com.

Just for General Info: On High Ground, I got 4 day service from CPAP.COM via UPS, The Long local deliveries by Mule were from U.S.P.S on orders from Private Persons. It only took 7 days to get pachages from Hong Cong.

We would be better off sending our packages and letters, to Hong Cong, and have them shipped back to the destination.

You order items from 'change font size to super large'?? That's very odd. I've not heard of them. Are they any good?

Why would you be so negative to someone just because they ordered a product from a different company than you use? Why so intolerant?
Anony: Probably because I'm in second week of "Hell week", and one is about all I can tolerate. I need to chill.
Hmmm is there a "Hell Week/Month"??
Hmmmm now where are my "Chill pills"??

Thanks, Goofproof, for thinking it was you - and I thought Iwas paranoid, ha ha!

To cpapXchange or to...

Post by SleeperInSeattle » Thu Aug 31, 2006 3:31 pm

Um, this site is cpaptalk.com and while it's sponsored by cpap.com I don't think they are going to start forcing us to shop there if we use it! At least I hope not. They run several sites on the net don't they. Could we shop on one of those too even though it's not cpap.com? Is someone filming me as I type this?

I find cpapXchange has good prices and I've bought from them before. They don't say they "match any price" like cpap.com does, but then again when you already have the lowest prices I guess maybe you don't have to say you'll match someone else's.

I also sometimes shop at cpapplus.com. I like their parts diagrams (although I see that cpap.com has started to copy those now).

I guess the smart shopper looks around and buys where they get the best deal, best service and best products. Sometimes that's in one place and sometimes it's in another.

Sometimes you feel like a nut...

Yes.
SleeperInSeattle wrote:Could we shop on one of those too even though it's not cpap.com?
Of course.

Yep. Spy satellites.

Since different retailers offer different prices on different items at different times, the "match any price" offered by cpap.com pretty much covers all the bases.

cpap.com has always had parts diagrams.

I think cpap.com is far superior to other sites, not only due to their knowledgable sales people, low prices and lightning fast delivery, but, first and foremost, the other internet retailers don't have anything like cpaptalk. We wouldn't even be able to have this conversation on those other sites. We wouldn't be able to dissect different equipment, discuss different manufacturers and their products, voice our opinions and share our results, offer suggestions or seek solutions from 10,000 users. The extraordinary education offered through cpap.com, as well as the ability to exchange thoughts, suggestions and encouragement is unrivaled.

I'm guessing the fierce loyalty you see is a result of the devotion cpap.com has shown to the user. I haven't found that with any other cpap retailer. So, for me, at least, their commitment, dedication and loyalty has earned mine.
