Online Ordering

Post by OSAGuy » Thu Aug 31, 2006 6:49 pm

Not familiar with cpapexchange, as I haven;t found it necessary to finad another supplier to CPAP.com from my prior DME. I have had nothing but excellent service from cpap.com. I know this sounds like a paid ad., but it isn't - I simply like good service, knowledgeable staff, and a reasonable price - Can't say I received that from my prior DME. I have only had one item broken on arrival from CPAP.com - A heated replacement chamber for my Remstart auto. I reported it and they shipped a new item immediately. I have called with questions, and have always found cpap.com staff to be knowledgeable and courteous - plus the added benefit that when the say they are going to do something they follow through. Simple saying describes it - If it aint broke don't fix it.

We would be better off sending our packages and letters, to Hong Cong, and have them shipped back to the destination.

I thought that all of our cards, letters, and packages were ALREADY being shipped overseas for handling by the technologically cheaper and inaccurate (due to language difficulties) second and third world countries. That explained the delays.

You mean the slow stuff is actually handled HERE in the USA by our own CITIZENS?

I ordered my Remstar Pro2 from cpap.com on 14 Aug 06, I received an e-mail saying it would be here in 5 to 7 days from that date with a ups tracking number.
I received it on 17 Aug 06. I would say that cpap.com has excellent service.

I did not set the unit up for a week (being as I was going out of town on business) When I got home I called Cpap.com customer service to walk me through changing the ramp setting and the cflex mode and turn off the alarm, they are the epitamy of customer service.
