Great Job making it over 6 hours with the therapy! I wanna say it took me a couple of weeks to make it that long when I started. Congrats on your improved AHI as well.

This is so good for your body and mind. You are going to be feeling great in no time!

Well last couple of nights I've managed over 7 hours and it says I'm taking my mask off 5 times and my events the night before were down to under 5 but last night was 15, I'm having trouble with mask leak which is what is waking me up the 5 times and then I tend to need the toilet then as well some times which is why I take the mask off. I seem to have to tighten the mask a lot more than I'm sure you should do. It's really annoying

I have to wear my mask pretty tight to eliminate the leaks. It sucks but you get used to it. You are also going to have to get used to varying results from night to night. Each night can be surprisingly different. It is the overall trend that tells you if you are moving in the right direction with your settings. You need to strive to be using the machine EVERY time you sleep. You can have a great night of therapy, and then blow the benefits by sleeping an additional hour without the mask. Sorry, but it is what it is. That last hour without therapy might be the one that kills you.

Yes I think your definitely right about one hour without the mask ruining a good whole nights therapy

With that many wakeups your numbers are probably filled with what we call sleep/wake/junk. So don't worry about the numbers until you get the leaks and wakeups decreased and evaluate with Sleepyhead.

Well spoke to the specialist today and she said I'm doing really well especially getting 6 to 7.5 hours on my second week but she's noticed (and I've noticed) that I'm getting serious mask leaks. So I'm going back next week to hopefully try some different masks
