This was last night data. I feel a little better today, but still not rested. The aerophagia is much better. I hope the picture is not too big. I tried.

How many wake ups last night?
I think I see 2 breaks in therapy...one right after masking up and another in the middle of the night.
How long do you think it took you to go to sleep initially? I am wondering if the first cluster of events was you being awake or not and if you were awake we mentally remove that part of the AHI.
I can't enlarge the image so I can't see fine small numbers but that isn't critical.
I think I would use the same settings tonight. Especially if there is a chance you were awake during the first clustering.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Thx everyone again. The info is very helpful. My sleep doc is not helping me understand anything. I can't even get them in the office to pick up the phone. My Ent doc is sending me for another sleep study. Do you feel that that's a good idea? Last night it took me a while to fall asleep. Maybe 20-30 minutes. I felt like I woke up 2x, but don't remember how long.

I still can't enlarge the image and "view image" doesn't make it any larger.
I don't know which address you are copying for the image but take your mouse over the image after you have it posted and if you see an arrow...I can't enlarge it but if you see a little fisted hand then I could then click on it and hopefully see it larger.
Do you see the codes that I see and posted above?
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I still can't read much.
Can you read it if you look at what you posted?

At this point it's time to let things settle a bit. One night's data is not enough to start chasing the numbers. I should suggest using last night's settings for a week to see how that goes before making any more changes.
Your aerophqgia is better and the other numbers looking OK, not great yet but close enough for reasonable therapy.
Are you using the Ramp function. It sort of looks that way at the beginning. If so, you might try turning the Ramp off.
Your starting pressure is pretty low in the big scheme of things and not using Ramp will help with that mess at the start.

Ok. I didn't use the ramp button. Anyway, how do I turn it off. I see ramp time. It's on 0.05. Should I turn it to 0.

Last night data. When I first started using the cpap machine, my headaches disappeared. Now they are back. Makes me feel I am not getting the treatment I once had. I know, I will have to be patient. I am still amaze that losing weight cause all of these problems. My Ahi was so under control.

How was the Aerophagia for last night?
Your leak rate looks great. Generally good numbers.
Did you wake often?
Let's try a few more days to see if the headache in the morning was a one time thing. If not, then think about increasing the EPAPMin another 5 cmH2O but NOT until a few days at these settings.

Typo? You don't mean jump 5 cm on EPAP do you?
I was thinking another 1 cm increase or so.

That's great about the Aerophagia. Keeping that under control will help with sleep quality.
Do you have any issues with sleep hygiene?
For example:
Watching TV in bed,
Eating late in the evening,
Alcohol or caffeinated beverages in the afternoon or evening,
If awake during the night and not being able to go back to sleep right away,
etc.
You can do a search on the subject of Sleep Hygiene for more information and discussion.
