That's just the standard Windows warning to confirm that "do you know where this software has come from, if you don't it could hurt your computer"
Of course we know where SleepyHead is coming and it's totally safe.

Last night with those settings that I was asked to put in, it was terrible. All the areas went out of wack. Until I am able to send you a printout, here are some data from sleepy time last night. Should I set the machine back to the original settings?
Feeling worn out. And I have so much to do today.

Crs: 1.67%
Leak: 0%
Ca : 2.71
Oa: 2.30
H: 5.42
Fl: 1.08
Vs: 0.27
Timed breath: 555.34

How was the aerophagia last night?

Which settings did you use last night...what you reported or what JDS74 suggested?
His EPAP minimum is likely too low since your AHI has climbed with the reduction in EPAP minimum.

If you used your original 8.5 min EPAP last night...try this tonight
EPAP min 9.0
and change PS minimum from 0 to 3
leave everything else the same.

I used jds74 settings. The aerophagia was lessened. . Epap min was set to 5. So should I put epap min to 8.5 or 9

Okay...let's try his settings but let's not go to min EPAP of 9 just yet.
How about going from 5.0 min to 6.5 min and let's see what happens with the AHI as well as the aerophagia.
Use his other setting ideas...so just change EPAP min to 6.5.
Let's see if we can find a happy medium between less aerophagia and still deal with the obstructive stuff.
Adding the PS min to go from 0 to 3 or 3.5 means that IPAP can help us out a little bit.
With PS of 0 you weren't getting the full benefit of bilevel both in terms of comfort and therapy.

OK the aerophagia is better. As Pugsy suggests, moving the EPAP up just a little to 6 or 6.5 will help the OSA events without pushing the aerophagia too much. Keeping the PSMin at 3 gives the machine some help in controlling the rest.

The CAs are treated by the machine and al long as the number doesn't get too big is not a worry right now.

The goal is to get the OAs and aerophagia under control so your rest improves then tweaking can be done to control the rest.

Remember, your machine can deal with your events while you are sleeping.

What sleeping position were you in the first part of the night up to around 1 AM? Do you know if you were maybe on your back during that time?
