Bad Breath CPAP

I have been using my CPAP for six months now every night and have family members have been commenting on my bad breath.
I can't seem to work out why all of a sudden I have bad breath, I went to the dentist for a check up he said all looks good, I w went to the doctor to get some pills for some mild heart burn thinking it was that but since taking the meds I haven't had heart burn for months and still bad breath.
Has any one out there had constant bad breath caused by CPAP?
Just trying to cross another possible cause of the list.

So Rancid, did you ever figure this out because my husband suffers from the same thing... horribly bad breath!! He has good oral hygiene and he I don't think it's a direct result of his CPAP but he's had this for years now so it's clearly not just because of a sinus infection.

He should see a doctor because breath can be affected by gastric problems, things he eats and how they're processed in his system. And he should see a dentist because if teeth (or gums) aren't good they can also cause bad breath.
