OK, seriously, if you're looking for volume, load up the tidal volume, and 400 - 500 ml is fine.

So, not too bad of a night last night I guess. Still felt tired when I woke up and some wake ups with a rapid heart rate. It seems I start taking some shallow breaths then some really deep ones and woke up 3 times. That's better then 5 times though. Does the attached look like REM sleep? Or something else? THanks

Yeah maybe, there's a little variability in there (although be aware that respiratory variability only occurs in phasic REM, so using respiration as a tool to identify REM is unreliable at best).
