Put me down for six. But it varies based on the day. Maybe I should not have voted, my situation is somewhat unique.
Mode: ASVAuto, Min EPAP: 4, Max EPAP: 15, Min PS: 3, Max PS: 15, Ramp: Off - Original Titration: 18

Two which worries me.
My second is an emergency brick with a not great mask.
I need a new system and to make my 550 my backup.

What is the point of the poll?
I have three but I don't see why that matters to anyone. It hardly matters to me although a backup seems necessary.

Can't vote in tapatalk. I have one machine... due to the high cost of asv backups. There is a forum member selling an s9 vpap adapt for a good price. But if im getting a current gen new machine I want the repseronics model... instead of two of the same exact thing.
Unless you count my wifes brick... some resperonics brick cpap. Not the current gen but a remstar in the last gen. Don't think this does count though...

Maybe "Dealer"?
I voted "3", but:
1 is the active machine
1 is the last machine which won't support a humidifier any more
1 is an older brick that errors when you turn it on, but will work anyway
I'm going to donate one or both of the last two once I get my "fourth" machine, but that'll be later this year at the soonest...

+1.......I don't seethe point to many of these polls. I think some people just like to see their name out there.

I have one, hope to buy a back up unit this fall. I may need to switch to a VPAP so would use my Autoset as backup if the switch is needed.

Most majority of people polled own more than one machine. The non bilevel users are on APAP mode with ramp turned off and exhale relief on or CPAP mode with ramp turned off and exhale relief on.
That is what the results say....

How much is the rental cost? How long would it take before you paid the same as an outright purchase? I'd be concerned about being ripped off...
EDIT:
I'm adding this: Recently, another forum member LOST their machine because they were on a rental plan AND lost their insurance. That's a bad place to be in, and although they got the help they needed it's not a good idea to count on it. That's the best reason I know of to OWN a machine....

I was the (first) vote in the "7+" option. I actually have 10 machines.
Four are REMstar Autos w/C-Flex and six are REMstar Pro2 machines (all "Legacy" models).
I wasn't sure what the criteria for the "Hoarder" category was, but I contemplated placing my vote in that one.

I saw that thread. My situation is different, not standard OSA. I am considered a "ventilator patient" not a "sleep apnea" patient (although we think I have sleep apnea too) and that changes things drastically.
If you add what my insurance has paid and what I have paid since I've had it -- we've already paid for the Trilogy twice. But according to everyone I've asked, including people here, patients are NOT supposed to be able to purchase these machines.
