I just installed 3.13 over my 3.12 version on windows 7 64 bit PC and everything seems OK
All the previous saved data is still viewable and i was able to download last nights data.
I may be mistaken but i think 3.13 may be running a little bit faster on the download.

I just installed 3.13 over my 3.12 vers ... download.

I trust you so much, sight unseen, that I downloaded it yesterday without a thought.........hindsight being 20/20, I probably should have waited for a message like above from you first. Not the smartest thing to do......but just the usual! Thank you UB!

It looks like they fixed the bug where the download window wouldn't close that 3.12 had--not sure if others experienced that, but I had to move that window out of the way after downloading.

[quote="Uncle_Bob"]So far i can see that it includes support for an S9 VPAP Auto.

I knew it. I just knew it. My PR S1 BiPAP is what, about 45 days old and there's now a real sign the S9 VPAP is indeed on its way. *sigh*

At least I seem to be really adjusting to the S1 BiPAP in a way that I never really did to the S9 Auto. But I sure do miss all that nice data on the LCD.

I am using 3.11 with vista 32 bit. Will it screw up the data I already have on my computer if I download the new 3.13? I would hate to lose it.

The download size has been beefed-up to 141MB compared to the 127MB for 3.12.
Did they also update the Clinical Manual to this Version 3.13?

UPDATE: The Clinical Manual has also been updated to the Ver 3.13.

Please note on Page 7 of that Manual, it says that you should first un-install the previous version.

The data carries forward from earlier versions--I've never had an issue when upgrading versions of Rescan.

Yup,

Just installed 3.13 (upgraded from 3.12) and all the data is still there.

I didn't see any difference in the download speed.

Actually i just did my 2nd download with it and i think you are right, there is no difference.

Have you noticed any other differences between 3.12 & 3.13?

In regards to the S9 Autoset...

The ResScan.xml file has increased in size and possibly changed somewhat. Removal of the <FG_DISABLE_LIST>...</FG_DISABLE_LIST> blocks does not enable respiratory rate and tidal volume in 3.13 like it did in 3.12. Either that or I made the same editing mistake 3 times last night.

Since I liked having respiratory rate, I've reverted back to 3.12 until someone figures out how to enable them in 3.13.

So far, that's the only change that I've seen.

Delete the <PNA_EXCLUDE>..............</PNA_EXCLUDE> block that has the S9 in it. It's in there two or three times. You can leave the other PNA blocks in the file. Also, the only FG_Disable blocks you need to take out are the ones that include your machine. Tidal volume shows up with the correct scale.

I see in the equipment list machines called Stellar 100 and Stellar 150. Wonder what they are. New machines of some sort I guess. They're not in the 3.11 XML file, but the 150 is in the 3.12 xml file.

I had some issues at first downloading seems like the server was down where the info was coming from. I finally got past that and a few tries of installing and I met with SUCCESS!! Whoo hooo!!!

Thanks a million Uncle Bob. Not sure what we resmed folks would do without you.

Hey Johnny, if you're reading this how about updating the list of choices in the personal profile section to include the latest versions of Resscan? The choices still top out at 3.7. Thanks.
