They're saying your sleep gets interrupted by choking events 17 times {edit} an hour (apneas +hypopneas per hour).
No less important: on the right side of the of the first page they're saying you spent 1 hour 46 minutes and some seconds (out of 5 hours) in oxygen levels that were too low ("Entsattigungen anzahl" means desaturations count, and just beneath it you have "Gesamtzahl (Std)" which mean total number, in hours (Stunden is hours).
Deepest desat was 72
Longest was 1.47 minutes
And - this is what probably had them most concerned: your lowest pulse beat was 21 and the highest was 120 -- and the first (minimum) happened an minute before the second (maximum). An indication of the terrible stress apnea is putting on your body.
No only are you getting choked, and loosing oxygen - you heart is working very hard to supply you body with the oxygen it needs.
You destaturation index was 33.
And the diagnosis: Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome, you need CPAP, and there were no (keine) artifacts in the test -- meaning the measurements are reliable.

Edited to correct "minute" to "hour" in the first sentence, RG caught that one - thanks.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.
