The photos still show up for me also. I only had the initial episode of not seeing them. I just can't read the first report because letters and numbers too small for my beady little eyes.

Ok then, I'll just improve the first one and leave the rest alone. Thank you ladies. Thought that I'd messed something else up... which for me is not something new.

It's 11:38 here now and I still am not getting the pictures.

Pugsy and Rested Gal are getting them. What about others?

Do I need to do something to get them?

Hmmm, try clearing cache and temp files. Might try forcing the page to refresh a couple of times. Restart computer maybe, sometimes that releases the stored memory and maybe your stored memory is still trying to show the incomplete link to the photos.

I never did see the red X though.
I assume that you saw the images I posted this morning?? Do you get a large box with red x or a small, tiny box with red X? Is this the only thread where the images don't show up?

I'll try what you suggest Pugsy.

Yes, I saw your data this morning - no problem. This is the only thread where the images are not showing up.

Thanks!

If no luck, let me know and I will try to re-post the image links so you can see the data.

Brenda, on your leak thread I saw one small red X in square, and one image
I only see red X's on this thread never saw the data.
I emptied history - did not restart the computer, but wil check on another one later.

Gremlins, I tell ya.
I will redo both my leak image links since I don't know which one you get the red X on. In case someone else is getting the red X. I see both images though.
I have to leave for a bit. I will try to redo OP's first image link and see if Hawthorne or you can see that image before I leave.

Photobucket gremlins, I guess.
Sorry, I meant to write "you first image" when describing the red X....

To Hawthorne and Ozij: Can you see this image now? It is the first of the series of images. If so, I can do the others easily. If not, I don't know what is going on as I still see these fine.

Second computer: other hardware, direct (not wifi) connecton to the router, ie 8.0 doing ie7 compatibity -- same antivirus, different firwall - same problem:: says it's loading the picture, takes ages, then flips to a small red X with the word "image" written next it.... Thanks for trying, Brenda.

By the way, Hawthorne and I are both outside the US, at different parts of the world. And while the OP is phyically in Germany, he's in the Army, so I wouldn't be surprised if his network has a US identity -- if photobucket has trouble with mirror servers, and is giving prioirty to the US...

Pugsy - I'm still get red x - no image. I did what you suggested.

Ozij, you may have figured out the problem! You and I are not in the USA and neither is David! Photobucket gremlins don't like this combination!!

I have one other plan up my sleeve. Give me a bit to get it together. Then I will be off to run some errands.

Well, seems that the problem has been figured out. Thank you very much ladies. I'm not sure what I can do on my side to help with this. Let me know and I'll do my best.
